1. Mildred says TV us better then books because you have someone tel

2.I think Faber gave montag his name and number because he had a feeling that montag was on the search for change and understanding more things.

3. I think montag would respond like books are more important because they actually teach you something and teach you to have better grammar.

4. I think the meaning is something to do with montags childhood.

5. Montag visits Faber because he wants to know more about books and the understanding of them.

6. Montag tells Faber his wife is dying because she's not actually dying its her soul that's dying.

7. He says quality of information leisure to disgest and right to carry out. The importance of these are more books and it will help society be health again.

8. Faber invented a lil ear piece thing so montag can use it and faber is on the other side talking to him and listening. Its important so that faber can listen to Beatty talk so he can understand what he's like.

9.

10. Montag starts ready poetry to make the women feel sorry and realive what they say. They react by crying and in shock that he's reading poetry.

11. Beatty starts telling montag all these quote form other authors and he's trying to break montag so he will get in trouble. Beatty knows montag reads so that's what gives him and advantage.

What have i learned in this course so far

What I've learned so far is how to write a little better and to use blogger like twitter or Facebook and be up to date with everything. Also to actually think and write I got better at that and I'm understanding technology better now then I did before but I've learned a lot so far and plan on learning more.

Fahrenheit 451 questions part 1

1. The society in the story is pretty messed up because how they can't Learn and have to burn all the books because of society. The similar of todays society and in the story are kind of the same because both society are dumb and listen to everything the government says but their is some people that are smarter and reads and learns.

2. Clarisse is special because she is different because she doesn't listen to what the people say to burn books because she reads and is really smart and she doesn't follow the rules.

3. I think the mechanical hound was programmed to react to montag because they know montag reads books. Captain Beatty knows how montag is so that's why he programmed the hound to always react to montag.

4. I think the women burned herself with the books so that she dies and no one else can read her books or find out that she read. This means

5.

6.

7. Montag called in being sick because of what happend to clarisse and because he has books and he started to read them.

8. Montag has all the books hidden so that he doesn't get in trouble and end up burning them. This tells me that that montag is secretive and hides things from Beatty and Mildred. I think montag hands have a mind of its own is like he's doing without thinking or something like that.

9.

10. I define happiness as in always being happy find everything a joy. Being happy is probably  one of the most goals in life.

11. The events that trigger montag are from reading books and when he met Faber. This is what triggered him he met up with Faber and Faber started talking about all the books and just talking to him.

12.

Literature analysis #1

1.well from the title Fahrenheit is heat so I expected fires and I hope to experience a good time with this book.
2. When Montag is firefighter but burns books and i didn't understand why so I kept reading.
3. I have to get into a book when I read if I  don't understand a book its because I don't like it or it doesn't interest me.

1. Montag is a firefighter who doesn't put out fires but starts fires and burns books because the society is messed but and doesn't like what the books have to say. Montag meets this girl Clarisse who he starts talking to and started to change and started to read books eventhoyght he could get in big trouble for it.
2. The theme is basically Ray Bradbury talking about the future but now its the present and how Montag burns books and basically books are evil.

1. One example of direct characterization is when the author tells us that montag burns books. The second of direct is how they tell us how hes a firefighter and is married. One example of indirect is how the author rights about how he changes and the second is how he shows us that he is learning to stand up for what he believes in.
2. Yes the authors syntax changes because he gets into the book more.
3. Montag is dynamic because he changes throughout the book.
4. After reading the book I feel like I met a person because throughout the story we stick with montag and get to know him better and I like how he changes through out the story.
